Made from embossed plastic film coated with Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer (CPE). This coating adds an extra level of protection to the gowns as they are chemical and oil resistant, as well as exhibiting flame retardancy and tensile strength. Overall, our CPE coating makes a tougher gown.

All seams are thermally fused for durability and to prevent leakage. Compared to sewn seams, this fused method provides superior overall seam integrity which allows our gowns to pass AAMI Level 3 / Level 4 tests. (tested according to ANSI/AAMI PB70-2012, AATCC 42-2017, and AATCC 127-2018 protocols performed by SGS in 2020.)
